Hey middle schoolers, do you love working with kidsJoin us at Camp Echo for a week of discovering how to be a mentor for younger Girl Scouts! Explore the basics of how to lead games, songs and activities and learn techniques of how to engage younger campers. With your peer group by your side, lead our Daisy and Brownie campers through a Journey to earn your LiA Award. 

 

Please Note: Campers enrolled in this session will complete their council-designed Program Aid leadership course and earn the LiA Award. They will not be completing all the required service hours for the Program Aid pin during this session.  

Cookie Dough may be used for all Girl Scouts of Silver Sage summer camp sessions.  Please refer to our Camp Page for instructions on how to redeem Cookie Dough.  We recommend securing your camper’s spot with online registration payment by credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy: In anticipation of a camper’s attendance, various expenses are incurred, such as supplies, equipment, registration, and camp staffing costs. Accordingly, there is a non-refundable deposit as follows: $50 deposit per camper. Group sessions, deposit is per group (Core, Me & My Gal). Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A request for the refund must be submitted in writing to the Camp Registrar via customercare@girlscouts-ssc.org. No refunds are given if a girl returns home during camp because of homesickness, inappropriate behavior, and/or other circumstances. Circumstances when payment will automatically be refunded: if GSSSC cancels a session for any reason. If you did not receive the campership amount requested, you can receive a full refund of payments, including deposit. If your camper becomes ill or is under quarantine and cannot attend the session, and it is not possible to move to a new session, your payments will be refunded less the $50 non-refundable deposit. We will make every effort to find a new camp session for your camper to attend. Merchandise Cancellation/Refund Policy: During the camp registration process, camp merchandise like hoodies and care packages are available for purchase to be delivered to your camper while she is at camp. At any time prior to May 1, 2021, you may cancel or change your merchandise selection. Merchandise will not be automatically refunded if you cancel your camp session. Between May 1 and August 15, 2021, seasonal camp merchandise may be returned or exchanged through our Silver Sage Retail Store. After August 15, all seasonal camp merchandise sales are final.
